- Managed a 7 months collaboration with  consultants from Microsoft, who were integrated within the team.

- Responsible for delivering the new  Andbank Wealth App  for Android and iOS and the new Homebanking website (biggest project that year).
- Acted as a "proxy"  Product Owner, Scrum Master and Project Manager.

Better Consultants is a mid-sized company from Barcelona, which among other customers is nowadays the main software provider for Andbank. My roles, as the senior officer for the Andorra division, were as follows:

- Lead the team working for Andbank , both in Andorra and Spain, in areas such as Digital Banking, Financial Markets, Risk Management and Compliance.
- Continuous follow-up with the customers (bank's Business and IT Directors), reporting and providing support for issues, requests and projects.
- Helped analize, organize, implement and execute  new projects.
- Ensured the quality of all provided IT services and deliveries.
- Involved in staffing processes and  managing the budget (about 2M € anual turnover).

- I started as IT Engineer, focused on the applications involving the core of the Business of Andorra Telecom, working as a DevOps group both delivering new functionalities to the software and maintaining the whole, end-to-end lifecycle of the applications and services.
- In 2013 I was promoted to  Coordinator, helping to  manage the team and later acting both as a  Scrum Master and Product Owner.
- From 2014 onwards I took an active part of the  Agile Transformation of the company and started focusing on the Agile mindset eversince.

Worked in iAxis, an Insurance Management Suite, for several important customers from Andorra (being Crèdit Andorrà the most well-known) and from around the world. Also responsible for a GIS Project for the Andorran Police (Police Unit Geo-localisation).

Developed the http://www.cass.ad Portal for the Andorran Social Security. Worked with J2EE, Liferay, Alfresco, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSF, Ajax, among others.

Worked in Barcelona, performing a  training to work for a bank in Andorra and work for the customer  Nissan. Mainframe development in a CICS / Natural / ADABAS environment.

I managed infrastructures and corporate applications and systems  (Lotus Notes, Active Directory domain, Corporate Portal and other websites, Financial Terminal, as well as specific finance-related software). Some tasks developed were: integration between mainframe and Unix architectures, migration, installation and configuration of a large variety of software, support and troubleshooting of end-user problems, development of internal tools...
