Subscriptions are non-cancelable and non-returnable. You may cancel your subscription, but no refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription period. An internet connection is required to use and manage your subscription basis. Without an internet connection, your software may stop running. Subscription pricing is subject to change. New pricing takes effect upon renewal of your subscription.
Your monthly subscription for GoodCV will start after receiving your payment and will continue for a period of thirty days. When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your account. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you have to cancel it prior to the end of your current subscription term. You will remain on GoodCV subscription until the last paid for period expires.
Your annual subscription for GoodCV will start after receiving your payment and will continue for a period of one year. Annual subscriptions are paid in full in advance. When you purchase an annual subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your account. At the end of the annual subscription period, GoodCV will sign you up and bill you for an additional subscription term of one year. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you have to cancel it prior to the end of your current subscription term. You will remain on GoodCV subscription until the last paid for period expires.
We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be interesting for you. You can opt out of receiving any of these communications from GoodCV. Simply click unsubscribe link in emails or contact GoodCV support to opt you out.
The GoodCV Referral Program allows registered users (a “GoodCV User”) to earn provision by referring friends to GoodCV. To participate, GoodCV Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the Terms of Use.
Users can earn provision (2 free days of GoodCV Premium) if: (1) a referred friend (with different IP address than referrer’s) clicks on their referral link to create a valid GoodCV account that complies with our Terms of Service.
Provisions (2 free days of GoodCV Premium) will automatically appear on the referral page in user's account on GoodCV. To activate 2 free days of GoodCV Premium click to ‘’activate premium’’ in the referral page.
Provisions may not be earned by creating multiple GoodCV Accounts. Provisions accrued in multiple GoodCV accounts may not be combined into one account.
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. If you are interested in a commercial affiliate program, please contact us.
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will receive a 30% discount from their first payment for GoodCV Yearly subscription. Referred friends have to use promo code [provided by referrer] to apply discount. Discounts may vary in some cases if the referred friend signed up as part of a special promotion.
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple GoodCV Users, only the corresponding GoodCV User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive provision.
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
GoodCV may suspend or terminate the GoodCV Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the GoodCV Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove provisions if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate. We reserve the right for future changes of provisions and discounts for GoodCV users.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the GoodCV.com website. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modifications and changes.
